Nick Malouff started building homes in the Prescott area in 1988 and has since built over 300 homes and several commercial buildings. Nick was drawn to the home building business from a passion for the process and seeing new projects come to life. Nick is dedicated not only to building superior homes, but also to creating a company with people and systems that become the true foundation of every home built. A foundation home buyers can depend on so they can enjoy the life they want to live.

After spending two decades as a CPA and financial consultant to other real estate and construction companies, Nick chose to develop his own construction company and put that extensive experience to work with Northstar Builders. Under Nick’s direction, the company has developed the strategic goals of designing, building and servicing the company’s clients beyond expectations.
